Your Retreat Host
An experienced Mental Health professional for over 35 years, Mary
empowers teens, couples, Military Service Members, Veterans,
and First Responders to transform "the tough stuff": loss, grief,
strained relationships, personal identity, post-traumatic stress,
ethical conflicts, and moral trauma.
Mary's experience includes serving families in Boston's urban housing projects and medical settings. and working with Colorado-based Military, Veterans, First Responders, and their families via private consultation and 1-3 night Education & Wellness Retreats.
Serving as Program Co-Director and counselor for National Veterans Wellness & Healing Center (2011-2017), a Trauma Informed Care Retreat Program in New Mexico for Military, First Responders, and their families, Mary later returned her focus to Colorado. She now provides private mental health consultation from her Severance office, and multi-day Educational retreats for Military and First Responders via Pivotal Impact Programs, Life Coaching, Workshops & Retreats.
Always up for adventure, Mary enjoys traveling, hiking her dog "Butters", and spending time with family and friends.
