Providing concrete and advanced techniques to manage: 

  • Stress 

  • Loss and grief

  • Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress (I intentionally leave off the “D”)

  • Moral and ethical conflicts common in high-risk environments or when working with clients/employees who are experiencing stressful or high-risk circumstances

  • Apathy, self-blame or shame, hopelessness, anger, depression, negative self-concept, low self-esteem, or “identity crisis”.

Utilizing: 

  • Brief verbal and written exercises to determine your area of need and interest

  • Meditation and/or guided visualization to increase relaxation and clarity

  • Other complementary and alternative approaches to release limiting thoughts and stuck emotion.
